How orders ship
Every order leaves in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or who it is from.
What the parcel looks like
10-packs and samples ship double-bagged in two plain poly mailers. The mailers are blank.
Cases of 40 ship in the plain cardboard carton they arrive in. The carton has the factory's markings printed on it: a model number, quantity, weight and country of origin. None of it names the product or the brand.
The shipping label carries the delivery address and a return address that reads DB Fulfillment. No packing slip or invoice is visible from the outside; it goes inside the parcel.
When it ships
Orders ship within 3 business days from Portland, Oregon. A tracking number goes out by email as soon as the label is created. Delivery time after that is the carrier's.
Need to change an address? Email contact@drybritches.com right away. Orders are packed quickly, so changes are only possible before the label is printed.
Carriers
Within the US, 10-packs and samples ship USPS Ground Advantage. Cases ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, whichever is cheaper to the address. International orders ship FedEx International Connect Plus or UPS; pick one at checkout.
What shipping costs
- 10-packs and samples: the carrier's rate, calculated at checkout. No handling fee.
- Cases of 40: free to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii and other US addresses pay the carrier's rate, with no handling fee.
There is no order-value threshold. Free shipping is attached to the case.
Outside the US
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and all 27 EU countries. Prices are shown in local currency, and taxes and import duties are included in the checkout total. Nothing is due on delivery.
International parcels carry the customs declaration required by law. It lists the contents as disposable adult incontinence briefs and the shipper as DB Fulfillment.
If a parcel comes back
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If a US parcel is undeliverable and returns to us, email contact@drybritches.com within 5 business days of its arrival and we will reship it for the cost of the new label. Full details are in the shipping policy.
Common questions
What is printed on the mailer?
Only the shipping label. The return address reads DB Fulfillment.
What is printed on the case carton?
The shipping label, plus the factory's model number, quantity, weight and country of origin. Nothing on it identifies the contents.
Why two mailers?
A single poly mailer can show a faint outline of what is inside. Two make the parcel fully opaque.
Can I pick a carrier?
Within the US, no; we use the one above for each pack size. International orders choose between FedEx and UPS at checkout.
Do samples ship the same way?
Yes. A sample of 2 ships double-bagged in two plain poly mailers, the same as a 10-pack, at the carrier's rate.
Can an order ship to a different address than the billing address?
Yes. Enter any shipping address at checkout.
